PROJECT FOR EXPANSION AND ADJUSTMENT OF THE NURSING HOME, BUILDING AND PARKING

The extensions will affect:
– First Basement Floor, where there is a Gym with Changing Rooms and Technical Area;
– Ground floor, where the outpatient department, the New MRI and Joint Resonance, the Hot Room and the Centralized Deposits are foreseen;
– Mezzanine floor, where the New Entrance with Reception Area, Hospitalization and First Class Department is foreseen;
– First floor, where the New Intensive Open Space Therapy is planned;
– Second floor, where the New Operating Section is planned, sized for Three Highly Specialized Operating Theaters and a Hybrid Operating Room, Sterilization Area and requalification of the existing Inpatient Department;
– Third floor, where the New Bar Restaurant, the Training Room, the Place of Worship and Administrative Offices are foreseen;
– Basement floor, where a new appurtenant parking on two floors is planned.
All Accessory Structures and Extensions are carried out following LEED Certifications, but above all respect for the pre-existing Urban Decorum applies, as the 3D Render image accurately shows.
